The main objects of the Trust are for the purpose of rendering service in the field of Education, Health, Generation providing of employment to the unemployed persons, uplifting of down trodden and economically weaker section persons and other allied activities.
The persons suffering from chronic disease whose condition is critical and beyond redemption shall be admitted to the government hospitals for treatment by the specialist in the hospital. In the absence of such facilities in government hospitals, they will be referred to private hospitals or nursing homes for treatment at the lowest and minimum Expenses by approaching the authorities running the hospitals and nursing Homes once again availability of funds at the disposal of the trust to its utmost efforts.
This shall be followed by providing nourishment and medicines on the advice of the Doctors attending on the patients. After discharge from the hospital, if the family of the patient is not in a position to provide him with timely food, medicines etc., the trust shall render services either in cash or in kind.
It is needless to reiterate in an unequivocal and unconditional terms that, unemployment is one of the problems being encountered by the country. Number of qualified persons are being siphoned out by the universities. There number is increasing manifold day by day and the Governments are unable to generate and provide employment to the qualified persons even With sufficient experience at their kit.
A good lot of poor persons whose earnings are hardly sufficient to make both ends meet in this era spiraling prices of essential commodities. Owing a house is beyond their reach and remained as a dream. Notwithstanding the above the State and Central Governments are meeting this need by way of constructing house under various schemes and in Karnataka is known as "Ashraya Scheme". The trust will provide financial assistance for repairs, replacement, reconstructions, alterations, wherever possible.
The Indian judiciary being an independent organ of the constitution has already launched lot of schemes for quick and speedy disposal of the matters in various courts across country such as, free legal aid service, janatha Nyayalaya, mediation centers, counseling centers free of cost to poor and deserving persons of the society, who cannot afford to bear court fee, Advocate Fee, conveyance etc.
To receive contributions, donations, gifts, subscriptions, oral gift_hiba, grant, settlement of both movable and immovable properties not only in cash but also in kind for and on behalf of the Trust for furtherance of the noble aims and objects and charitable purposes. Similarly the trust can also purchase immovable properties depending upon the availability of funds at its disposal.
To look after, maintain, manage, administer, develop and safeguard not only the affairs of the Trust but also all the properties both movable and immovable in nature of the Trust smoothly, successfully, legally and effectively in all respects in its best interest.
